We email you a Word doc when your transcription is complete. You can download this format, as well as txt and pdf anytime on your Customer Portal account.

We usually deliver transcripts in around 3X the length of your audio or video file. For example, if you submit a 10 minute recording, we can usually return a transcription in 20 minutes

We provide every customer a 2 hour free trial so they can have an opportunity to review the quality, and make sure it is the right product for their purposes. If you have paid for a subscription, and you are unhappy with the quality, you can cancel your recurring subscription payments at any time.

We accept all major audio or video formats. This includes wav, mp3, mp4, ogg, aiff, aif, m4a, mov, wma, avi, flv, 3gp, 3gpp, 3ga, amr, caf, m4v, dss, mxf.
